New Participatory Budgeting Charter for Scotland

A new PB Charter has been developed for Scotland. The charter sets out seven key features designed to make sure that every PB process involves good-quality democratic participation.

The seven key features of the PB Charter for Scotland are:

• Creative and flexible
• Transparent
• Part of our democracy
